Memorial plaque renewal
You can easily renew your memorial or tell us whether you would like to keep it, using our online form.
Before you start, please know that:
- payment for a renewal should be made before the date of expiry
- there is a £18 fee if you decide not to renew but would like to keep the memorial plaque
- expired and uncollected plaques will be sent for recycling
- you can use this form to make your renewal or collection fee payment
Also before you start, please read our Terms and Conditions, as you would be asked to confirm your acceptance in the renewal form. These terms and conditions relate to all memorial products purchased at The Kent and Sussex Crematorium.
